Arrived damaged? We pack every order with care, but stone can break in transit. If your piece arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. No need to return the broken piece.
Change of mind. As pieces are made to order especially for you, we're generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check the dimensions and stone type before ordering — and reach out with any questions first; we're happy to help.
Natural variation. Differences in veining, color, and texture are natural features of real stone and aren't considered defects.
