Genuine natural stone — marble, travertine, and onyx — hand-finished by artisans in Türkiye. No resin, no imitation.
Are the pieces really one of a kind?
Yes. Because the stone is natural, the veining, color, and texture vary from piece to piece. Yours will be unique.
Do you make to order?
Yes — each piece is prepared for your order. Production takes up to about 7 days, then your order ships.
How long is delivery?
We ship worldwide by express courier. Typical total delivery is about 10–15 days (production + transit). You'll receive a tracking number once it's on the way; customs can occasionally add a day or two.
Which countries do you ship to?
The US, Europe, and the Gulf — with more regions added over time. Shipping is free.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Depending on your country and order value, local import duties or taxes may apply on delivery. These are set by your country, not by us.
How do I care for my piece?
See our Care Guide — in short: wipe with a soft damp cloth, avoid acids and harsh cleaners, and re-seal porous stone every 6–12 months.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We pack carefully, but stone is fragile. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
